Wild Child Alley offers supervised fun for small children!

Please Note: From 5pm until 8pm Monday through Thursday and from 2pm to 8pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, children under 6 years of age are NOT allowed on main area trampolines.

Wild Child Alley is an interactive, adult-supervised experience! Your child will be in good hands while you enjoy your time in our main trampoline park. In Wild Child Alley, your children will have fun with trampolines built just for their size!

Wild Child Alley will now be for children of “walking age to 5 years old”.
Children under 2 will still NOT be allowed to jump in the main trampoline park area at any time.

Wild Child Alley Pricing and Hours of Operation:

Monday – Thursday from 5pm to 8pm. Tickets: $5 per hour
Friday – Sunday from 2pm to 8pm. Tickets: $6 per hour

During those times, “Wild Child Alley” is available for them! This provides a fun, alternative play area for kids of walking age to 5 years.
You may conveniently buy tickets online in advance of your visit to Absolute Air Park.

Absolute Air Park provides everything needed to throw a party. Please do not bring any outside food, drink or decorations as they will not be allowed in our facility.

All underage guests must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
*Underage jumpers without a waiver signed by a parent/legal guardian will NOT be able to jump.
*If you will not be accompanying your child to our facility, please send your minor with a signed waiver as well as make yourself available by phone for signature verification.
Please arrive 15-20 minutes early for check-in.

Please note that jumpers ages 2-5 may jump in the main area with an adult chaperon (must be at least 16 years of age), Friday-Sunday before 2:00pm. AFTER 2:00pm, children ages 2-5 WILL NOT be admitted to the main area but are welcome to participate in Wild Child Alley. (Please see Wild Child Alley for hours of operation.)

Children under the age of 2 will not be allowed on any trampolines in the trampoline park, but are welcome to watch from our mezzanine or floor levels with close supervision by an adult (must be at least 16 years of age).

Extreme Dodgeball

Trampoline Aerobics

Trampoline fitness is the most fun you can every have while burning up to 1000 calories an hour! The class is made up of a series of traditional aerobic exercises and activities combined with new and innovative movements that can only be performed on trampolines! Who knew “rebounding” is…

68% more efficient than jogging (NASA, Journal of Applied Physiology 49(5): 881-887)
Fights fatigue by strengthening the glandular system to increase the capabilities of the thyroid gland, the pituitary gland and the adrenals.
Conditions and strengthens the heart which allows the resting heart to beat less often. This in turn sends a stronger surge of blood through the veins.
It provides an extremely effective ’no impact’ exercise - especially important for those with less mobility or undergoing rehabilitation.
Rebounding has been found to lower elevated cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
It increases metabolism which assists the body in burning more calories.
One of the primary causes of aging is the declining performance of the heart and circulatory system. Rebounding is incredibly effective in increasing the performance of both the heart and the circulatory system and thus slows the aging process.
Rebounding specifically stimulates the flow of lymph fluid through the lymphatic system. The change in gravitational forces allows for greater blood flow and this increases the amount of waste and toxins flushed from the body. Rebounding can increase lymph flow by up to 15%!
Rebounding has also been found to enhance digestion, relaxation, sleep patterns, nerve impulses and muscle fiber.
Blood pressure can be significantly reduced by rebounding. This is achieved by boosting the muscle tone of the middle arterial muscles and the improvements to the circulatory system.
Rebounding is FUN!!!

Boot Camp

The goal of Boot Camp is to increase cardiovascular levels, increase strength and increase endurance all while burning calories. Class is approximately 40 minutes and performed on trampolines while utilizing the entire facility to insure a consistent high level of interval and circuit training. Attendees should expect a 5 minute warm-up and a couple minute break between the transition from interval to circuit training and a 5 minute cool down. Anybody can attend regardless of their current fitness abilities. You will be pushed to achieve a further physical level.

All exercises will be body weight movements.
Interval training will consist of bring the heart rate up for a period of time, then lowering it back down while constantly working.
Circuit training will consist of a different exercise at every station for a set period of time. The exercises will vary as will the durations.

The difference between Aerobics and Boot Camp classes is that Boot camp will be a higher intensity, have a set pace, a higher level of difficulty, more repetitions with longer durations and less rest.

Saturdays at 8:30am

Q. What are the rules for the facility?
A. Please download and read the following documents. It is very important to understand these rules before coming to the facility!

Q. Are there age restrictions?
A. Yes. Children must be 6 years old to jump independantly.

Q. What do you offer for children under 6 years old?
A. Children ages 2-5 may jump in main area with a jumping adult until 5pm Monday-Friday and 2pm Saturday & Sunday. After designated times on those days, they can utilize Wild Child Alley. Please visit “Wild Child Alley” for more information.

Q. Are you open on Tuesdays?

Looking for Sky High Bellevue? Try Absolute Air Park Instead!

Is the Bellevue Sky High closed?

Unfortunately, Sky High’s Bellevue location has closed down for good, according to a sign posted on the door at their location in Bellevue WA A notice posted to the Sky High Bellevue website also confirms they are no longer open for business.

Are there any alternatives to Sky High Seattle/Bellevue?

Yes! All former patrons of the Bellevue Sky High Sports are invited to visit Absolute Air Park, located just 45 minutes north of Seattle in Arlington. Absolute Air Park is a 17,000 square foot indoor trampoline park newly opened in June of 2011!
